We inspect and pre-vacuum first, then apply the correct targeted pre-spray, including an enzyme treatment where required. Next comes one of the most important stages: thorough agitation with a counter-rotating brush or rotary machine to break the dirt particles away from the carpet fibres. Only then do we extract using high-pressure hot water heated up to 220°F (professional steam cleaning), flushing the released soil from the carpet.
